PROGRAMS

Equine-assisted leadership and team-building training provides a unique and effective way to develop essential workplace skills. By interacting with horses, participants learn to:

  • Improve communication: Horses are masters of nonverbal communication, teaching participants to become more aware of their own body language and how to effectively convey messages.

  • Build trust and rapport: Developing a partnership with a horse requires trust and mutual respect, mirroring the dynamics of successful workplace relationships.

  • Enhance leadership skills: Working with horses requires clear communication, assertiveness, and empathy, key qualities for effective leadership.

  • Increase problem-solving abilities: Equine activities often present challenges that require creative problem-solving and collaboration, strengthening teamwork and decision-making skills.

  • Develop emotional intelligence: Horses are highly sensitive to human emotions, providing opportunities for participants to develop self-awareness and emotional regulation.
     

Experiential learning fosters a deeper understanding of leadership dynamics, team communication, and personal growth, leading to a more engaged and productive workforce.

VOLUNTEER DAYS
Corporate volunteer days provide a valuable opportunity for Topfield to connect with the business community, increase capacity, and further our mission. Benefits to your team include:

  • Enhanced Community Engagement: Corporate volunteer days foster a sense of community and create connections between businesses and local organizations, increasing awareness of the amazing work being done in our community.

  • Improved Team Building and Morale: Volunteering together can strengthen relationships and improve morale within corporate teams. It provides a shared experience outside of the typical work environment, fostering collaboration and communication skills.

  • Plus, it's just plain FUN.

Film Production

The Topfield facility and grounds are available for a variety of film production needs, including photo and movie shoots. Our equines, while not trained actors/models, have been successfully incorporated into several past projects.
 

WE CAN OFFER

  • Whole or half-day access to Topfield Grounds including pastures, paths, parking and roads.

  • Whole or half-day facility use

    • Facility includes ADA-accessible indoor or outdoor arena, viewing room, education room, outdoor lawns and furniture, kitchen and bathrooms

    • Basic meeting room furniture for small meetings

    • Folding chairs for additional indoor/outdoor seating (up to 25 seats)

    • Basic dinnerware like plates, glasses, flatware

  • Horses and handlers as needed​

 

COST

Half-day shoots typically start at $2500, depending on extent of facility/property use, animal participation, and staff assistance. Please contact us below or call to discuss.
