Payment

Payment for all scheduled lessons is due at the time of booking, unless you've made special arrangements with us.

Payment is due in full prior to the start of each 4 or 8 week program session. Invoices for each session are sent approximately one week prior to the start of the session.

Payment for therapy services (with or without equine involvement) is due at the time of the appointment. We can assist you with possible reimbursement from your insurance by providing appropriate documentation and receipts for services on a monthly basis.

We never want to turn anyone away due to inability to afford our services. We may be able to offer financial support (ranging from 25% to 100% cost coverage) through our Community Scholarship Fund for individuals and families needing a little help to bring our lessons or services into the affordable range.
