About This Program
Horsing around with speech therapy! In equine incorporated sessions, clients might describe the horse's coat, give it commands, or tell stories about their "pony pal." They might even read to the horse or sing songs while riding, boosting verbal and non-verbal communication skills and confidence in a unique and engaging way. It's a real neigh-borhood of language development! Research has demonstrated improved attention and motivation during speech sessions with horse involvement and may even directly improve issues like apraxia and prosody of speech. Level up your speech therapy by working with equines in mounted or ground sessions. Equine-incorporated SLP sessions at Topfield are booked (and paid) through Cold Spring Speech Therapy. Cancellation Policy
To help us plan the best experience for everyone, we usually schedule appointments at least a week in advance and payment is required at the time of booking. We understand things come up, but to keep things running smoothly, we can't reschedule missed appointments or those canceled within 24 hours of your appointment time. With more than 24 hours notice, we're happy to reschedule up to two appointments per year. While we don't offer refunds for scheduled lessons/appointments, if we have to cancel on our end, we'll definitely reschedule when possible, or credit your account. Thanks for your understanding as we work to make our adaptive services wonderful for everyone!
